1. Acceptable Use

You agree to use ShipForge only for lawful purposes and only for the novelty, educational, design, and creative purposes described above. You are solely responsible for how you use, store, share, or present any document you generate.

2. Prohibited Uses

You expressly agree that you will NOT use ShipForge or any document produced through it to:

• Commit, attempt, or facilitate fraud, forgery, identity theft, or deception of any kind.
• Submit fabricated documents to any government, embassy, consulate, immigration authority, visa application, or border control.
• Apply for loans, credit, mortgages, rentals, insurance, employment, benefits, refunds, tax filings, or any service where genuine documentation is required.
• Mislead, deceive, or defraud any person, business, landlord, employer, or government body.
• Impersonate any real bank, airline, hotel, employer, agency, utility, or other organization, or infringe on any trademark or copyright.
• Launder money, evade taxes, or violate any anti-money-laundering law.
• Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right in any jurisdiction.

Misuse of generated documents may constitute serious criminal offenses (including forgery, wire fraud, and immigration fraud) carrying substantial fines and imprisonment.

3. No Warranty — User Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" with no warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShipForge, its operators, affiliates, and contributors disclaim all liability arising from your use or misuse of the service or any document you generate. You alone bear full legal responsibility for the use, distribution, and consequences of any document produced through this service.

4. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ShipForge and its operators from any claim, demand, loss, damage, fine, penalty, cost, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

5. Account & Termination

We may suspend or terminate any account at any time, without notice or refund, if we believe in good faith that the account has been used in violation of these Terms or applicable law. We may cooperate with law enforcement and respond to lawful subpoenas or legal process.

6. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed in cryptocurrency via NOWPayments. Once points are credited to your account, purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

All third-party trademarks, logos, and brand names referenced in template examples (if any) belong to their respective owners and are used for illustrative purposes only. You agree not to use the service to infringe on any third-party intellectual property right.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
